The Annai Teresa College of Education has got a built up area of 2,17,800 Sq ft with all facilities which includes 7 class rooms, a seminar hall, a multipurpose hall, a psychology laboratory, an educational laboratory, a biology laboratory, a work experience laboratory, a computer laboratory and separate rooms for men and women students along with Principal room, office room, faculty room, store room and sanitation facilities with protected drinking water supply.

Land:

The Annai Teresa College of Education has got 5 acres of land for B.Ed., course. The land is at Ariyakudi village group Karaikudi in the jurisdiction of the sub Registrar office – II, Pudukottai Dist.

The above mentioned land does not reveal any encumbrance affecting the scheduled property and it is in the actual position of the owner.

The competent authority has granted permission to use the lands for educational purpose. The Tahsildar of Karaikudi also in his order No 34/2014 dated 9/6/2014 has granted approval to be used for educational purposes.

The lands are in actual use and the buildings have been put up in them.

The above land and the buildings put up there have been thus far under the use of the ‘self – owner’ namely the said institution Annai Teresa Educational Charitable and Welfare Trust.
